Processing Time
Your order is usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
In exceptional cases, e.g. during discount campaigns or holidays, delays of up to 48 hours may occur.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Please note that cancellation or modification of the order is no longer possible after submission, as processing and shipping preparation take place immediately after receipt of order.
This applies to:
- Cancellations of the entire order or individual items,
- Changes to address data (e.g. name, delivery or billing address),
- Adjustments to ordered items (e.g. color, size, quantity or variant).
- All orders will be shipped exactly as specified and confirmed during the order process.
Subsequent changes or corrections are not possible for logistical reasons.
Responsibility for Orders
By submitting the order, the customer confirms that all provided information is correct and that the order was placed by themself or with their express consent.
The seller has no influence if an order is placed by unauthorized third parties using incorrect or false data. In such cases, the seller assumes no liability, as the authenticity of the order and payment data is outside his sphere of influence.
After submitting the order, no cancellation, modification or delivery interruption (delivery stop) is possible, as processing and shipping preparation take place immediately after receipt of order. All orders are carried out exactly as specified and confirmed during the order process.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. The regular delivery time is:
Standard shipping (DE, AT, CH): approx. 8โ15 working days from shipping date - โฌ 3.99
Standard shipping (NL, DK, FR, IT, PL): approx. 8โ15 working days from shipping date โ โฌ 4.99
International shipping: approx. 9โ20 working days from shipping date - โฌ 9.99
Express shipping: 2โ5 working days - โฌ 19.99 (selected countries only)
Delivery time begins after shipping. Please note that it is only an estimate and may vary depending on the country and service provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the selected shipping method.
During certain promotional periods, we offer free shipping โ details can be found directly with the product or on the homepage.
Track Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to be activated. Please also check your spam folder if necessary.
Delivery Address & Delivery
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. Incorrect information can lead to returns or additional costs. If the package cannot be delivered, it will usually be forwarded to a collection point. In this case, you are responsible for collecting it within the deadline.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for losses, returns, or additional costs due to incorrect address details or uncollected shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. These costs are not covered by us. Please inform yourself in advance about the respective regulations of your country.
Pre-Order Items
If you order products with pre-order status, the entire order will only be shipped once all items are available. We recommend ordering available items separately if you want to receive them faster.
Delays & Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived more than 20 working days after dispatch, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you.
Please note that after confirmation of delivery by the shipping service provider, we cannot assume any liability for lost or stolen packages.
