SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time
Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
In exceptional cases, such as during discount campaigns or holidays, delays of up to 48 hours may occur.

Cancellation of the order
Cancellation after the order has been submitted is not possible, as it is processed immediately.

Shipping methods & delivery times
We ship worldwide. Regular delivery times are:

Standard shipping (DE, AT, CH): approx. 9–20 working days from the date of dispatch - € 3.99
Standard shipping (NL, DK, FR, IT, PL) : approx. 9–20 working days from the date of dispatch – € 4.99
International shipping : approx. 8–15 working days from the date of dispatch - € 9.99

Express shipping: 2–5 business days - €19.99 (selected countries only)

Delivery time begins after shipment. Please note that this is only an estimate and may vary depending on the country and service provider.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on the destination and the selected shipping method.
We offer free shipping during certain promotional periods – details can be found directly on the product page or on the homepage.

Shipment tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to be activated. Please also check your spam folder.

Delivery address & delivery
Please ensure that you provide your delivery address correctly and completely during checkout. Incorrect information may result in returns or additional charges.
If the package cannot be delivered, it will usually be forwarded to a collection point. In this case, you are responsible for picking it up on time.

Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not covered by us. Please check the relevant regulations in your country in advance.

Pre-order items
If you order pre-order products, the entire order will only be shipped once all items are available. We recommend ordering available items separately if you want to receive them more quickly.

Delays & lost shipments
If your order hasn't arrived more than 20 business days after shipment, please contact our customer service. We'll be happy to help.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the shipping service provider.
