Shipping & Returns

A notice :
In individual cases, the delivered products may differ slightly from the product photos shown. Deviations may affect, for example, the font, color, or other minor design elements. However, these differences do not affect the function or quality of the product.

Processing time
We typically require 1–3 business days to process your order after receipt of payment. In exceptional cases, such as during discount promotions, delays may occur.

Shipping method & delivery time
We offer worldwide shipping. The standard delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days from the date of shipment. In exceptional cases—particularly during high order volumes or special promotions—the delivery time may be slightly longer. We ask for your understanding in such cases.

Note: Shipping may be free during certain promotional periods. Please check the respective offer or the product page to see whether and to what extent free shipping is available.

Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link (if available for your country). If tracking is not available, we can provide you with proof of shipment upon request.

Delayed or lost deliveries
If your package hasn't arrived 20 business days after shipment, or if you suspect it's lost, please contact our customer service. We'll address your concerns promptly.

Customs duties & import taxes
Our products are shipped directly from production.
All prices exclude any applicable import duties. Depending on the country, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's import regulations in advance.

Delivery address
Please ensure that you provide your delivery address correctly and completely during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or returns caused by incorrect address information. If a shipment is returned to our warehouse, a handling fee may be charged.

Delivery & Collection
If a parcel cannot be received at the specified delivery address, it will usually be forwarded to a nearby parcel station or collection point. In this case, the recipient is obligated to collect the parcel themselves within the specified time limit.

Please note: If the package is not picked up within the storage period and returned to us, or if it is disposed of by the courier, we assume no liability. The customer is responsible for any resulting costs or losses.

Note on size information
Please note that some of our items are manufactured in Asian sizes. The label on the product may therefore differ from the European size chart.

Returns & Exchanges
Detailed information can be found in our return policy. Returns are possible within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
