You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your information. Please check it before completing your order. Changes cannot be made after your order has been received.
Can I cancel my order?
No, orders are processed immediately and therefore cannot be canceled.

Is it possible to purchase on account or pay in installments?
No, both are not possible at the moment.

When will my order be shipped?
Processing time is 1-3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Regular shipping times are 7–15 business days. Occasional delays may occur during high order volumes or special promotions. We ask for your understanding.
How do I get my shipment tracking?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

What happens if I'm not at home and don't accept the package?
If you don't accept the package, you are responsible for the return shipment and all associated costs. We assume no liability for loss.
